HUMAN RIGHTS (मानव अधिकार) and SOCIAL JUSTICE (सामाजिक न्याय ) The word itself explains the purpose of forming the organisation. This organisation is formed by the people and is served to the people, by the people. The underprivileged people who have always suffered and suppressed will be served by HRSJM. No matter from which part of this country they have come but the motto of the organisation is to serve them in their capacity. The justice will never come to one’s life if the judgement is not implemented in a proper way. To implement we have to follow and fight for, in the right manner. There are many number of cases that had not been attended to, till date and the people are suffering. We have to eradicate those root causes to make life humanitarian and worth.
First and foremost the basic problem lies in the education system, whether it is general education, medical education, social education and legal Education . The Organization has observed and found that the basic reason is that, the people who are sufferers are not well educated. Apart from various social problems – social violence, early age marriage of girls, poor sanitation, improper living conditions, dowry and neglecting the old people are the root causes in the society at large that need to be addressed.
Objective of the constitution of Human Rights and Social Justice Mission:
To educate public by spreading the awareness among them, about the concept of Rights framed in the Constitution of India.
The concept of Rights shall include:
Human Rights, Civil Rights, Fundamental Rights, Senior Citizen Rights, Women Rights, Rights of Minorities, Right to freedom of Education, Labour Rights, Right to Information, Right to freedom of speech, Civil Liberties.

HRSJM seeks to contribute to the realization of Indian peoples’ Right to participatory Democracy, Good governance and Justice by strengthening regional response, including regional instruments, Monitoring Human Rights Violations, Reviewing Laws, Policies and Practices that have an adverse impact on Human Rights and conducting Campaigns .
